The ProCare-LP® systems are composed of the Ionisation Chamber Cell (ICC) where the water flows, high grade copper and silver electrodes within the ICC, and the Dissipation Control Unit (DCU) where the applied voltage and amps are regulated to treat the appropriate volume of water needed. Depending on the volume of water to be treated on an hourly or daily basis, the number of cells and the applied voltage/amps will vary.

From the ICC, the copper and silver ions are released within the water network in order to treat the water in a preventive and aggressive matter. Water born biological contaminants like Legionella.pneumophila, Pseudomonas, Coliforms (E. cloi), Streptococcus, Staphylococcus and algae are all susceptible to the biocide properties of the ProCare-LP® Ionisation Systems.
